Massive thank you to all the players and supporters that came to the club on St Stephens Day for the Annual Charity Game where 38 players past and present, male and female took to the pitch for a “friendly” run around to burn off the turkey calories.

What happened to not tackling the Women
The game was refereed in some style by John Shaw (GAA Style, from the middle of the pitch) The final score is still being calculated by the committee.
The Shay Scanlon / Dwayne Stanley massacre continues
After the game, all the players watched Munster lose to a very strong Leinster side, on the big screen in the clubhouse. Despite the result, there was a great craic had and a few quid collected for this year’s most deserving charity, The Family of Willie Maher and The Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust.
Our thanKs to everyone once again.
